The Drake Knight Helm (Altered) is a helm in Elden Ring. It belongs to the Drake Knight Set. It is found in Crumbling Farum Azula, near the end of a run.
Drake Knight Helm (Altered) is the drake knights' black iron helm with the dragon hide face wrapping removed. Altering makes the head piece slightly lighter and trims its defenses and resistances, while poise stays the same. It keeps the same story of silent knights devoted to the strength of dragons. It suits builds that want an open black iron helm with a dragon hunter theme.
Stats
It brings 6 poise at a weight of 3.6.
Altering
Its unaltered form, Drake Knight Helm, weighs 4 instead of 3.6 and keeps the same 6 poise. Altering works at any Site of Grace.
