Jar-Bairn is a character in Elden Ring.
Jar-Bairn is a small, friendly living jar who sits on the steps of Jarburg in Liurnia. He is looking for a new Potentate to care for the jars, but finds the Tarnished's hands too rough. His story is woven together with Knight Diallos and Iron Fist Alexander. It ends with the young jar setting out to become a warrior himself.
Lore
Jar-Bairn is a small living jar who greets visitors cheerfully and sometimes dozes off, mumbling about the wide world.
He dreams of becoming a warrior like Iron Fist Alexander, who once lived in Jarburg before leaving to walk the path of champions. After poachers raided the village and Diallos died defending it, Jar-Bairn vowed to grow strong enough to protect everyone.
