Iron Fist Alexander is a character in Elden Ring.
Iron Fist Alexander is a huge living jar who wanders the Lands Between to become a great warrior. He is first found wedged into the ground in Stormhill, calling for someone to knock him loose. His road runs through the Radahn Festival, the lava of Mt. Gelmir and the fight against the Fire Giant. His journey ends in a duel at Crumbling Farum Azula.
Lore
Alexander is a large living jar who calls himself the Iron Fist. He speaks with great cheer about the warrior he hopes to become.
He was made as a warrior jar, and the remains of great warriors fill his body. He set out from Jarburg, the hidden village of living jars, to tread the path of champions alone.
After the battle with Radahn cracked his body, he refilled himself with the remains of the fallen warriors on the dunes. He later sought fire hot enough to temper his body, first at Mt. Gelmir and then at the flame of the giants.
At Crumbling Farum Azula he asked the Tarnished for a last duel between warriors. He accepted his defeat and asked his friend to carry his innards onward.

Quest
The steps below follow Iron Fist Alexander's questline from start to finish.
- Find Alexander stuck in the ground in Stormhill and strike him from behind until he pops free.
- Speak to him to receive the Triumphant Delight gesture and Exalted Flesh.
- Speak to him again in Gael Tunnel, where he talks about the festival in Caelid.
- Meet him in Redmane Castle Plaza during the Radahn Festival and summon him against Starscourge Radahn if desired.
- Speak to him south of the Starscourge Radahn Site of Grace, where he gathers the remains of fallen warriors.
- Free him from the hole south of the Carian Study Hall with an Oil Pot and a few blows to receive more Exalted Flesh.
- Speak to him in the lava lake near Fort Laiedd on Mt. Gelmir to receive the Jar.
- Summon him against the Fire Giant if desired, using the sign inside the arena.
- Find him in Crumbling Farum Azula and defeat him in a duel to receive Alexander's Innards and the Shard of Alexander.

Notes
- Alexander's Innards can be given to the Jar-Bairn in Jarburg.
- In the final duel he is immune to fire damage.
