Placidusax's Ruin is an incantation in Elden Ring.
Placidusax's Ruin is power gleaned from the remembrance of Dragonlord Placidusax, the dying wails of the lord who once dwelled eternally beyond time. The caster becomes the Dragonlord, releasing an immediate lightning burst that knocks nearby foes away before golden beams of fire sweep the surroundings, ending with an upward beam that tosses enemies into the air. The opening burst comes out almost instantly and is ideal for catching close enemies off guard, and the beams can be steered in any direction with movement inputs, though the long cast leaves the caster open against distant foes. It takes three memory slots, can be cast while jumping and cannot be used on horseback. It suits endgame faith builds that want a devastating area attack for close quarters.
Effect
Transforms the caster into the Dragonlord, releasing a lightning burst that knocks foes away before golden beams of fire sweep the area. Each cast costs 75 stamina and takes up three memory slots.
