The Royal Remains Helm is a helm in Elden Ring. It belongs to the Royal Remains Set.
The Royal Remains Helm is graced with gold human bones, worn by Ensha of the Royal Remains, Sir Gideon Ofnir's silent follower. The bones are said to come from an ancient soulless king. The head piece is of medium weight with balanced defense and slowly replenishes HP when health falls below 18%, stacking with the rest of the set. It suits melee builds and players who use low-HP effects such as the Red and Blue-Feathered Branchswords, since it never heals past that threshold.
Stats
It offers 7 poise for 4.6 weight.
