Scaduview is the land behind the Shadow Keep, at the feet of the Scadutree. It has three separate parts, all reached from the keep. The Hinterland in the east hides the peaceful Shaman Village. The north-west holds the Scadutree Chalice, and the lowest part leads to the base of the Scadutree.

Lore
The Shaman Village in the Hinterland was Queen Marika's home before she became a god. When she returned, her people were gone, and she planted a Minor Erdtree in their memory. The bounty of the Scadutree was once gathered in the great chalice in the north-west.
Geography
The O Mother gesture, performed before a statue near the Shadow Keep, Back Gate Site of Grace, opens the way to the Hinterland. Tree Sentinels guard the road to the Shaman Village. The Finger Ruins of Dheo lie on the southern tip of the Hinterland's peninsula. Commander Gaius guards the road beyond the back gate to the north-west, where the Albinauric's Shack and the Scadutree Chalice stand. The lift in the Church District leads down through the Tree-Worship Passage to the Scadutree Base.

The Scadutree Avatar is fought at the Scadutree Base. Commander Gaius guards the north-western road, and Tree Sentinels guard the Hinterland.
