Thiollier's Garb (Altered) is a piece of chest armor in Elden Ring. It belongs to the Thiollier's Set. It is part of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.

Thiollier's Garb (Altered) is the altered form of the dark attire of those who wield poison in secret, worn by Thiollier, with countless needles sewn onto the exterior for talismanic effect. Altering it at a Site of Grace once Boc's tailoring is available changes its look and makes it slightly lighter, with a little less defense and poise. It remains a light to medium chest piece. It suits poison themed dexterity builds that want Thiollier's dark assassin look.

Altering

Its unaltered form, Thiollier's Garb, weighs 7.1 instead of 6.3 and carries 13 poise instead of 12. Altering works at any Site of Grace.
