The Writheblood Ruins are ruins in the northern Altus Plateau, overlooking the woods of the Minor Erdtree. Creatures infected with cursed blood overrun them. A Sanguine Noble guards the Bloody Helice in the chambers below. A red summon sign in the north-eastern building leads to an invasion of Magnus the Beast Claw.
