Sanguine Noble is a field boss in Elden Ring.
The Sanguine Noble is a bloodthirsty assassin of Mohg's dynasty hiding in the cellar beneath the Writheblood Ruins on the Altus Plateau. It wields a sword designed to draw blood and a dagger for parries and throws. Every one of its attacks builds bleed, and blood loss on either side makes it stronger. It guards a chest that holds its weapon, the Bloody Helice.
Lore
The noble wears a black hooded robe with gold embroidery and ornate shoulder pieces. Dark horns sprout from its neck and the soles of its feet, and its fingers end in long claws. It fights with a twisting blood sword and a short dagger.
These nobles serve Mohg, the Lord of Blood. Known to strike from pools of blood, they are missionaries come to spread the gospel of accursed blood.
The designs on their shoulders mark the noble rank they hope to claim once Mohg's dynasty is established.
