Algae Buds are the buds of an algae plant in Enshrouded, and they only become useful once they are cooked or brewed. Eaten raw, they cost health and stamina for six minutes instead of helping. The Seafood Grill turns them into Grilled Algae Buds. The Alchemist also uses them at the Mill for the Diver's Endurance Flask, together with Pearls and Mother-Of-Pearl.
