The Bloodcursed Elven Arrow is a special Elven Arrow made for Auriel's Bow. It deals 16 base damage, the same as a plain Elven Arrow. Serana turns Elven Arrows into this type after Touching the Sky in the Dawnguard questline.

Weapon Enchantment

Shot at the sun from Auriel's Bow, the arrow shrouds the sun in darkness for the rest of the day. While the sun is dark, vampires are free of the penalties that sunlight puts on them.

Every weapon enchantment is listed under Enchantment Effects.

Bloodcursed Elven Arrow Location

Bloodcursed Elven Arrows are made by Serana, who turns ordinary Elven Arrows into them. They blot out the sun when fired at it from Auriel's Bow.

Smithing Guide

Enchanted weapons require the Arcane Blacksmith Perk to upgrade.

Weapon Levels

Some weapons in Skyrim are Levelled. The power of a levelled weapon is based on your charcters level when you get them. Some get stronger in both physical and magical aspects, while others only improve their enchantments. These items don't get better as your character levels up.

Bloodcursed Elven Arrow is not a leveled weapon.
