The Mace of the Crusader is an artifact mace from the Divine Crusader Creation, with 16 base damage. Bandit thieves hold it at Four Skull Lookout, and it is recovered with the other Crusader's Relics during Relics of the Crusader.
Weapon Enchantment
Each hit burns the target for 15 points of fire damage. Targets already on fire take extra damage.

The Mace of the Crusader is held by the bandit thieves at Four Skull Lookout. Killing Eigorn and Oren recovers it with the other Crusader's Relics.

Enchanted weapons require the Arcane Blacksmith Perk to upgrade.
Upgrades
Mace of the Crusader is improved at a grindstone with one Steel Ingot per improvement. The Steel Smithing perk doubles the improvement, so each quality tier needs less Smithing skill. An enchanted copy can only be improved with the Arcane Blacksmith perk.

Weapon Levels
Some weapons in Skyrim are Levelled. The power of a levelled weapon is based on your charcters level when you get them. Some get stronger in both physical and magical aspects, while others only improve their enchantments. These items don't get better as your character levels up.
Mace of the Crusader has the same damage at every character level.
