Carsten is a small village north of Oxenfurt, southwest of the Vegelbud Residence. It is named after a baker whose fine goods made him famous. He even won the right to supply bread to the table of the hierarch of Novigrad. After his death, nobody could recreate his recipes. Today Carsten is known mainly for its trade in grain and flour. The side quest A Barnful of Trouble takes place here.
