Journeyman armorer

Enhanced Legendary Ursine Armor is the NG+ Legendary variant of the Enhanced Ursine Armor, heavy witcher chest armor. It gives 165 armor at level 26, with +24% adrenaline gain. It is a New Game Plus chest from Skellige that needs level 25 plus the starting level.

It also gives +27% piercing, +27% bludgeoning, +34% slashing and +34% monster resistance. The regular armor gives 160 armor and +10% adrenaline gain. The adrenaline gain suits an adrenaline build.

Set Bonus

The Ursine set is heavy armor with five tiers. 3 pieces: when a Quen shield breaks, a new one may cast at no stamina cost, with the chance rising by 5% per set piece. 6 pieces: damage from abilities that involve Quen rises by 200%.

How to Get Enhanced Legendary Ursine Armor

  • In NG+, follow Scavenger Hunt: Bear School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 1.
  • Open the chest near the Grossbart Brothers in the grotto on Ard Skellig.
  • A journeyman armorer crafts it.

Enhanced Legendary Ursine Armor Map Location and Quest Guide

The Enhanced Legendary Ursine Armor diagram sits in a chest in the last chamber of the Grotto on Ard Skellig, the cave of The Sad Tale of the Grossbart Brothers. The pin marks the diagram spot, a stop of Scavenger Hunt: Bear School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 1. It is the New Game + counterpart of the Enhanced Ursine Armor diagram and lies at the same spot.

  1. Buy Ibrahim Savi's First Map from the armorer at Kaer Trolde. It starts Scavenger Hunt: Bear School Gear Upgrade Diagrams - Part 1 and marks every diagram spot.
  2. Go to the Grotto on Ard Skellig.
  3. Make your way around to the last chamber and kill the three Grossbart brothers.
  4. Loot the chest in the southern part of the chamber, by one of the bed mats, for the Enhanced Legendary Ursine Armor diagram.
