Enhanced Ursine Armor is heavy witcher chest armor from the base game. It is the second tier of the Bear School armor. It gives 160 armor and +10% adrenaline gain at level 25. Its diagram is in a chest near the Grossbart Brothers in the grotto on Ard Skellig. It is a mid-game chest piece.

It gives +10% adrenaline gain, +10% piercing, +10% bludgeoning, +20% slashing and +22% monster resistance. The adrenaline gain suits an adrenaline build.

Set Bonus

The Ursine set is heavy armor with 5 tiers. 3 pieces: when a Quen shield breaks, a new one may cast at no stamina cost, with the chance rising by 5% per set piece. 6 pieces: damage from abilities that involve Quen rises by 200%. These bonuses come from Grandmaster pieces worn as a set.

Go to the Grotto on Ard Skellig.
Work around to the last chamber and kill the three Grossbart brothers.
Loot the chest in the southern part of the chamber, by one of the bed mats, for the Enhanced Ursine Armor diagram.

Notes

In NG+ the diagram makes Enhanced Legendary Ursine Armor instead. It needs level 25 plus the starting level, gives 165 armor at level 26 and +24% adrenaline gain.
