Imlerith is an elf of the Aen Elle and a general of the Wild Hunt. He chases Ciri on behalf of his king, Eredin. Imlerith kills Vesemir in the Battle of Kaer Morhen. Geralt fights him as a boss on Bald Mountain in Velen.
Lore
Imlerith is a powerful and brutal warrior. He has fought in countless battles in the wars of conquest the Aen Elle waged on other worlds. He values a straight fight above all else. He seeks out bloody, face-to-face battles where strength, speed and training decide who lives and who dies.
Story
Imlerith has been chasing Ciri for a long time, aiming to deliver her to Eredin. He often appears in Geralt's nightmares.
Imlerith joins the rest of the Hunt in the attack on Kaer Morhen. There the defenders see how dangerous he is. Vesemir stands to fight him, but loses after a long and bloody struggle and dies by Imlerith's hand.
Like most warriors, Imlerith enjoys the pleasures of the flesh. Avallac'h tells Ciri that Imlerith will attend the Crones' sabbath on Bald Mountain during his stay in this world. Ciri wants revenge for Vesemir, and Geralt goes with her. At the top of the mountain, Ciri takes on the Crones while Geralt faces Imlerith. Geralt wins the duel. He kills Imlerith and so avenges the death of his teacher, Vesemir.
Relationships
Imlerith serves Eredin, the King of the Wild Hunt. Caranthir is another of Eredin's chief officers in the Hunt. Vesemir is his victim, and Geralt is his killer.
