Relict Oil is a blade oil for fighting Relicts. This base tier adds +10% attack power against them and holds 20 charges.
Coat the sword before a fight with leshens, fiends or other Relicts. One brew lasts the whole game. The Enhanced and Superior variants raise the bonus to 25% and 50%.
Relicts
Relicts are a class of monster in The Witcher 3. Leshens, Fiends, Chorts, Dopplers, Sylvans and Shaelmaars all belong to it. Leshens live in dense, ancient forests. Dopplers can take the form of any humanoid or animal.

Relict Oil comes in Base, Enhanced and Superior variants. Each one is brewed from the tier below it.

How to Get Relict Oil
Brew it from the alchemy menu, outside combat, with 1 Dog Tallow and 5 Mistletoe.
