Superior Devil's Puffball is the top tier of Devil's Puffball. Its poison cloud is stronger and lasts longer than the lower tiers. It deals 100 poison damage, and one brew holds 4 charges. Gremist sells the formula at Gedyneith on Ard Skellig.
Werewolves, Fiends and Chorts are weak to it. Vampires such as Katakans and Ekimmaras are weak to it as well.

How to Get Superior Devil's Puffball
- Buy the formula from Gremist at Gedyneith on Ard Skellig.
- Brew an Enhanced Devil's Puffball first, since the recipe uses one.
- Brew it from the alchemy menu, outside combat, with 1 Alchemists' Powder, 1 Enhanced Devil's Puffball, 2 Calcium Equum, 2 Endrega Heart, 2 Sewant Mushrooms, 2 Ginatia Petals and 1 Rebis.
- Meditate with strong alcohol such as Dwarven Spirit, Alcohest or White Gull in the inventory to refill its charges.
