The pin marks Where the Cat and Wolf Play..., a secondary quest that begins once Geralt kills the alghouls in the village of Honorton in Velen. Gaetan, the Cat School witcher behind the massacre, carries Teigr. Geralt loots it from his body, or receives it later in Take What You Want if he spares him.

1. Kill the alghouls in Honorton to start the quest. Leaving the area before the quest ends makes it fail.
2. Search the huts and the barn with Witcher Senses, killing the alghouls that appear.
3. Examine the hut with the dog's corpse outside to see a little girl run away.
4. Pick up her doll and follow her footprints to the large tree.
5. Calm Millie with the doll or with Axii. She gives Geralt a Cat School medallion.
6. Follow the bloody handprint and footprints, killing the wolves on the way.
7. Find Gaetan and decide his fate.
