The Man from Cintra is a main quest of Blood and Wine. The Cintrian is due at a soirée held by the Mandragora, a club of Beauclair's artists. Geralt and Anna Henrietta go to the party in masks to catch him. They find the famed singer Cecilia Bellante with her throat cut. The Cintrian dies while fleeing with the Heart of Toussaint, a jewel that once belonged to Syanna, the duchess's sister.

- Put on clothes fit for the soirée, if wanted.
- Meet Anna Henrietta in Mountebank Alley.
- Take part in the entertainments, if wanted.
- Search the alcoves for a woman with a Koviri orchid in her hair.
- Search the refreshment tables with Witcher Senses and find the heart-shaped box.
- Follow the scent to the bodyguard at the door.
- Examine the body upstairs and the handprint by the balcony door.
- Follow the tracks across the balconies and climb the ladder.
- Search the room with Witcher Senses, including the blood, the jewel, the mirror, the window and the hunting knife.
