Esquerdo Certo and Certo Esquerdo are the two bodies of a single street fighter in Kabuki. They were once twin brothers named Paul and Will. Through advanced cyberware they merged into one mind living in two bodies, and they fight together to gain the upper hand.

The Twins

The brothers were always close and wanted to be closer still, and stronger for it. They had neural synchronisers installed that turned them into a single person in two bodies. They proudly say they do everything together. If V dares to ask about their love life, they admit they share one girlfriend and take turns lending her one body or the other on different days of the week.

Talking to Themselves

When they train, they complain that it is pointless, because each can predict the other's every move. Yet they still have separate urges and often talk to each other, something they dismiss as talking to oneself. A shard of one of their conversations can be found in their small rooftop arena. In it they wonder why they still talk and discuss giving each body its own name to make life easier for others.
