Biography

---

Heywood

Stints grew up in Heywood and joined the police as a young officer. He soon decided that the restless people born in Heywood would also die there. He rose through the ranks to inspector, and along the way he arrested Jackie Welles more than once, so the two have known each other for years.

The Car

When a Streetkid V and Jackie try to steal a luxury car from a garage in the Glen, Stints and his officers catch them. He recognises Jackie, and to their surprise he knows V too: he has been keeping an eye on V for some time. The car's owner arrives and orders Stints to kill the pair. Instead, his officers only beat them and dump them in a back alley.

Personality

Stints is tough and cynical, but he has kept a little honour. As a son of Heywood, he cares about its people in his own way, even when they are criminals.
