Megabuilding H1 is a megabuilding on Congress Street in the Glen, Heywood. Padre calls it a city within a city: a crumbling tower of concrete and faulty wiring.

Inside Megabuilding H1
The building has stood this long thanks to one man, El Gallo, a brilliant techie who kept its lifts and wiring running. He works alone in a workshop in the basement, where the building's lifts are repaired.
A door on the left of the entrance, by a homeless man, leads down to the sublevels. The letters "HW357" appear on the sides of the building and above its entrance, most likely its address.
Jobs
In Going Up or Down?, Padre himself is the client. El Gallo has lost himself to drugs and stolen a set of rare scandium rods from a corporate warehouse, sure that they will fix the lift. Padre wants them before they are pawned. With enough Technical Ability, V can convince El Gallo that he does not need the rods.
