Poppy Farm

Poppy Farm
Type	Abandoned farmstead

Poppy Farm is an old farm on the southeastern Badlands, named for the opium poppies it once grew. It looks abandoned at first sight. The Wraiths use it to store gear for smuggling across the border with South California.

History

---

The farm belonged to Jack Boles, who joined a Biotechnica farming scheme. Biotechnica had changed the poppies so they could survive the virus that wiped out most of the species. The crop was worth a lot to the corporation, so it kept guards on the farm day and night.

Jobs

---

River Ward and his partner come to the farm in The Hunt, hoping to find River's kidnapped nephew. A band of Wraiths waits for them. After the fight, the trail leads on to Edgewood Farm.
