Criteria are basic set of starting Daggers for Thief vocation in Dragon's Dogma 2. Due to their low stats they're only recommended for early gameplay. They also share a similarity with another variant of this dagger design named Superior Criteria, obtained only by those who pre-ordered Dragon's Dogma 2 before release.

Nimble daggers used far and wide. Light and wieldy, they fit comfortably in any palm.

Can be obtained for free when starting as Thief vocation or later by purchasing Thief vocation at Vocation Guild for 100 Discipline Points

Smithing Upgrade Guide

Each weapon and armor in Dragon's Dogma 2 can be upgraded 3 times. There are five possible smithing upgrade paths to choose from: Vermundian, Elven, Battahli, Dwarven and Wyrmfire each effecting the weapon or armor's stats differently.
