- Finish Seat of the Sovran and speak to Roman in the grounds of Vernworth Castle.
- Follow him to a quiet spot, where he hands over the sword and starts Dulled Steel, Cold Forge.
It comes from Roman as part of Dulled Steel, Cold Forge. The sword is handed over at Vernworth Castle during the main story, and receiving it starts that side quest.
Dulled Regalia Sword Map Location and Quest Guide
Dulled Steel, Cold Forge is a side quest given by Roman in Vernworth Castle. It opens after Seat of the Sovran, when Roman stops the Arisen in the castle grounds. Receiving the Dulled Regalia Sword from him starts it.
- Speak to Roman in the grounds of Vernworth Castle and follow him to a quiet spot. He hands over the Dulled Regalia Sword.
- Travel to Brokkr's Smithy in Bakbattahl and speak to the apprentice, Sara.
- Wait for Brokkr to leave the smithy, then talk to Sara again. She needs fifteen Glimmercoal for the repair.
- Collect the Glimmercoal in Digger's Ruins.
- Bring the Glimmercoal back to Sara.
- Talk to Brokkr to start Steeled Resolve, Blazing Forge. That quest ends with the Restored Regalia Sword going back to Roman.
