The Expeditioner's Cloak is a full length royal blue cloak thats commonly worn by the city guards of Vernworth. The cape matches perfectly with the Marcher's armor set.
A full-length cloak doled out to members of Vermund's expeditionary force. Grants the wearer an air of authority befitting their station.
How to get Expeditioner's Cloak and Map Location
- Quest: Reward from Monster Culling
- In the city of Vernworth, within Vernworth Castle. Find the Gaol Tower on the local map, to the west of the tower is a well that you can climb into using a ladder. In the sewers you can find the Expeditioner's Cloak alongisde the full Marcher's armor set.

Expeditioner's Cloak Quest Guide
Monster Culling is a main quest given by Captain Brant in Vernworth. It unlocks during Seat of the Sovran, when you meet Brant at the inn after dark.
- Speak to Captain Brant at the Stardrop Inn at night. Choose "Tell me of monster culling" and accept.
- Travel to Trevo Mine, northwest of the city. Wooden scaffolding frames the entrance.
- Fight through the mine, helping the soldiers against the Goblins, and clear the large chamber near the end.
- Speak to Alex once the mine is clear.
- Head south to Harve Village and reforge the Riftstone by the Bayside Home.
- Find Dylan on the beach near the Rivage Elder's Home.
- Enter Stormwind Cave beside Dylan and kill the Saurians inside.
- Use a Wakestone on the fallen soldier to revive him, then speak to Thurston.
- Push deeper into the cave, kill the Saurians and rescue Hollis. A chest in the same lair holds the Serpentine Circlet.
- Escort the soldiers back to the cave entrance.
- Travel to the marked spot on the eastern edge of Vermund, where a wide wooden bridge marks the approach.
- Defend the soldiers and their freight from the Goblins and Saurians, then speak with the soldiers.
- Return to the Stardrop Inn at night and report to Captain Brant to complete the quest.
