The Seafloor Shrine is a mysterious sanctuary off the coast of Vermund, south-west of Harve Village. It lies beneath the brine until the events of Flickering Shadows, when it rises from the sea, and its halls are reached through the far end of the Stormwind Cave. Rothais is found within, and several of the last main quests play out here.

Seafloor Shrine Quests
Flickering Shadows ends with the shrine rising from the sea, opening the way inside.
Convergence brings the Arisen through the shrine to meet Rothais, and A New Godsway begins here as soon as Convergence is complete, with Rothais as its quest giver.
In the Unmoored World, the waters drain away and parts of the shrine that lay submerged become reachable. Halls of the First Dawn sends the Arisen across the bare seabed to the shrine to speak with Rothais once more.
What's Inside Seafloor Shrine
The main entrance is at the end of the Stormwind Cave, and the halls continue on to the Seafloor Shrine - Sacred Grounds.
Chests throughout the shrine hold the Incanter's Coat, the Miner's Shirt, the Laborer's Trousers and a Ferrystone. The Grand Cuirass lies in a chest behind a breakable rock. A Makeshift Gaol Key can be found nearby, and it opens an old cell door with a chest holding the Ring of Profusion behind it. Other finds include a Wailing Crystal, Harspud Roborant, Rotten Harspud, a Panacea, Savagery Extract and a Silver Crown, and Gold Ore, Silver Ore, Copperstone and Southron Iron can be mined inside.
