How to get the Shield of Vernworth Guide

The Shield of Vernworth can be obtained early by leaving Vernworth across the north west stone bridge, then heading east along the road by the sea until you reach the Trembling Hollow, opperside the watchtower. Inside the Trembling Hollow cave you can find the shield hidden in a chest in 2F of the map.
Directly east from the portcullis entrance to the Anicient Battleground. The Shield of Vernworth can be found inside a chest located in the ruined building south of the T-junction. This is also where you first meet the NPC Oskar (see video at 10:20 below for exact map location).

Can be purchased from Rodrick's Smithy in the city of Vernworth for 8700 gold.
Can be brought from Celeste's Celeste's Smithy in Checkpoint Rest Town for 8700 gold.

Smithing Upgrade Guide
