The Black Knife Catacombs is a catacomb in north-eastern Liurnia of the Lakes. It lies north-east of the Ruined Labyrinth Site of Grace, past the Minor Erdtree. A Mausoleum Knight stands guard outside. Skeletons and guillotines fill the halls, and crabs lurk in the flooded sewers. A Black Knife Assassin and a Cemetery Shade are fought in separate rooms.

Lore
The catacombs hide a knife print left by the assassins of the Night of Black Knives. That print holds a clue to the truth of the plot.

- Open the room on the left with a Stonesword Key for Rosus' Axe.
- Run through the room of swinging guillotines and climb down the ladder.
- Kill the commoners with staves so that the skeletons stay dead.
- Pull the lever to open the boss door and face the Cemetery Shade.
