The Broken Gold Mask is a helm in Elden Ring. It is found in Leyndell, Ashen Capital, near the end of a run.
The Broken Gold Mask was worn by the closest disciple and dear friend of the honorable Goldmask, who accompanied him on his great venture until the Golden Order splintered and the two parted ways, one keeping a broken faith while the other fell to doubt. Designed to resemble a blazing golden halo with a piece now broken off, it is a darker echo of Goldmask's own mask. It is a light helm with little defense, and it enhances incantations and skills that harness Causality. It suits faith builds using the Golden Order incantations, and it drops from the Noble Broken Mask invader revealed by casting Law of Regression beneath the Erdtree Sanctuary in Leyndell.
