The Capital Outskirts are the lands inside the outer wall of Leyndell, Royal Capital, on the eastern edge of the Altus Plateau. War tore through them during the Shattering, and corpses still litter the old battlefields. Broken trebuchets stand among abandoned camps, and rocks fly from the capital toward the fields. A Draconic Tree Sentinel guards the gate to the capital. Most runs cross the outskirts just before entering Leyndell.
