The Carian Study Hall is a tall library tower on the eastern coast of Liurnia of the Lakes, north of Jarburg. A lift rises from a chapel-like entrance hall into many floors of shelves. Preceptor Miriam haunts the halls, calling spectral nobles and casting spells from afar. The hall hides a second form that opens the way to the Divine Tower of Liurnia.
