The Cathedral of the Forsaken is a prayer hall at the bottom of the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds, deep below Leyndell. Pews face an altar flanked by statues of skeletal shepherds. Clumps of bodies hang from roots in the ceiling. Mohg, the Omen is fought here.

- Descend through the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds to the cathedral.
- Defeat Mohg, the Omen and take the Erdtree's Favor +1 from the altar chest.
- After Morgott falls, strike the illusory wall behind the altar.
- Follow the passage down to the Frenzied Flame Proscription.
