The Isolated Divine Tower is the easternmost Divine Tower, cut off from the mainland. Its great bridge was lost, and it can only be reached by a Sending Gate on the Divine Bridge in Leyndell. Malenia sealed its entrance with her magic. After her defeat, Malenia's Great Rune can be restored at the top.

- Reach the Divine Bridge through the trapped chest at the Tower of Return, or through a closed door and lift in the Fortified Manor.
