Commoner's Garb (Altered) is a piece of chest armor in Elden Ring.
The Commoner's Garb (Altered) is the altered form of the embroidered garb that is standard wear for the commoners of the Lands Between, with a board hung from the neck carved with a sprawling tree whose roots and branches form two holes. That board is a self-imposed shackle displaying allegiance to the Erdtree, and it raises Faith by one point. Altering the garb at a Site of Grace or with Boc makes it about a point lighter with a little less defense and changes the first line of its description. It suits faith builds chasing a stat breakpoint, and the unaltered garb drops from commoners in Stormveil Castle, Leyndell and elsewhere.
