Stormveil Castle is the first legacy dungeon in the Lands Between. It stands on the cliffs of Stormhill and guards the road north out of Limgrave. Godrick the Grafted rules the castle and waits for challengers in its highest hall. Margit, the Fell Omen bars the gate before the castle can be entered. Most runs reach Stormveil after a first tour of Limgrave.

Lore
Stormveil is an old castle that once belonged to a king of the storm. That king ruled long ago, when the true storm still raged over the hill. Godrick the Grafted took the castle after the Shattering. He made it his stronghold and filled it with exiled soldiers, banished knights and trained warhawks.
Godrick grafts the limbs of the fallen onto his own body to gain their strength. The castle walls are scarred with thorny craters. The same thorns grow on the soldiers inside. A rotting body deep under the castle may be the cause of this blight.
Guide
- Defeat Margit, the Fell Omen on the bridge before the main gate.
- Speak to Gatekeeper Gostoc in the gatehouse beside the gate.
- Take the side path he suggests to reach the Stormveil Cliffside Site of Grace.
- Climb through the wine cellar and rooftops to the Rampart Tower Site of Grace.
- Fight through the courtyard and the Liftside Chamber to reach the Secluded Cell Site of Grace.
- Pass the fog wall to face Godrick the Grafted.
