Diallos's Mask is a replica of a twin-tailed silver helm with flowery adornments, only without the twin tails, worn by Knight Diallos. Diallos admired his stern, self-possessed older brother Juno and longed to match his achievements, though the tale of House Hoslow would end in blood. The head piece is of medium weight with slightly lower defense than Juno's helm. It suits melee builds and players following Diallos's questline, which grants it on completion.

How to Get Diallos's Mask Guide
Diallos's Mask is left in Jarburg when Knight Diallos dies at the end of his questline, and he also drops it when killed.
- Talk to Knight Diallos in the Roundtable Hold.
- Find him northwest of the Academy Gate Town Site of Grace in Liurnia of the Lakes and exhaust his dialogue.
- Talk to him again in the Roundtable Hold.
- Join the Volcano Manor and talk to him in the drawing room as Tanith's requests progress, until he leaves the manor.
- Talk to Jar-Bairn in Jarburg and keep resting and returning until Diallos settles there.
- Keep resting and returning until Jarburg is attacked and Diallos lies wounded, then speak to him.
- Reload the area to collect Diallos's Mask where he lay.
