The Divine Tower of West Altus stands south-west of Leyndell, Royal Capital. Its only way in is through the Sealed Tunnel, past a chain of false walls and an Onyx Lord. The door stays shut until Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy is defeated. Rykard's Great Rune can then be restored at its top.
