This Highway Lookout Tower is a crumbling watchtower in the north-eastern Altus Plateau, south-east of Dominula, Windmill Village. It overlooks the northern road into the Capital Outskirts. A mounted Leyndell Knight and several soldiers guard the fields outside. A Greatbow can be found in the tower.
