The Howl of Shabriri is a Frenzied Flame incantation in Elden Ring. It is picked up mid-game, in Liurnia of the Lakes.
Howl of Shabriri is an incantation originating from the maddening Three Fingers, named for Shabriri, the most reviled man in all history, with whom the sickness of the flame of frenzy is said to have begun. While the caster screams, enemies all around take light damage and heavy madness buildup, and afterward a buff for 40 seconds raises damage dealt while also increasing damage taken and drawing enemy attention. Madness affects only a handful of enemies in PvE, so its real value is the damage buff, which stacks multiplicatively with Golden Vow, and the scream can also stop low-poise enemies from attacking. The caster takes some madness buildup as well, and the Old Lord's Talisman extends the buff. It suits aggressive frenzied flame and melee builds willing to trade defense for damage.
Effect
Shrieks to build Madness in nearby foes, then raises the caster's damage by 25% and damage taken by 30% for 40 seconds while drawing enemy attention. Each cast costs 21 FP and 38 stamina and takes up one memory slot.
