The Old Lord's Talisman is a spellcasting talisman in Elden Ring. It is found in Crumbling Farum Azula, near the end of a run.

The Old Lord's Talisman is a legendary talisman depicting the ancient king whose seat lies at the heart of the storm beyond time, tied to Farum Azula, the royal city said to have been crumbling since time immemorial. It extends the duration of sorceries and incantations by 30%, including regeneration incantations such as Blessing of the Erdtree and Bestial Vitality, whose total healing also rises by 30%. Buffs cast on the wearer by other players are extended too, as is the Rallying Standard skill, but Ashes of War, buffs on spirit ashes and projectile range are not affected, and removing the talisman after casting cancels the extension. It suits buff-heavy faith and hybrid builds, and it counts toward the Legendary Talismans achievement.

How to Get Old Lord's Talisman Guide

It lies in a chest in the rotunda at the end of a long walkway in Crumbling Farum Azula, guarded by Beastmen and the invader Recusant Bernahl.

1. Rest at the Beside the Great Bridge Site of Grace in Crumbling Farum Azula.
2. Climb up to the bridge and head north into the building.
3. Take the stairs and the ladder down to the long walkway.
4. Deal with the Beastmen and with Recusant Bernahl when he invades.
5. Open the chest inside the rotunda at the end of the walkway.
