The Rauh Base is the land below the Ancient Ruins of Rauh, beside Scadu Altus. It holds forests, ravines, a river and several minor dungeons. Horned beasts, bloodfiends and bears roam it. It is optional, but full of treasure.

Lore
The Crucible's influence is strong on the beasts of this land. Many of them grow horns, whatever their kind. Temple Town, once a walled hornsent town, flourished here before Messmer's army razed it.
Geography
The way in starts at the Moorth Ruins in Scadu Altus. A path north-east leads past a lake, through a tunnel and across a poison swamp. It arrives at the Ancient Ruins Base Site of Grace. Taylew's Ruined Forge lies to the north, and the Temple Town Ruins to the south-west. A spiritspring near the Temple Town Ruins leads up to the Northern Nameless Mausoleum. The Scorpion River Catacombs lie to the west, and the Ravine North Site of Grace stands on a northern hill.
Bosses
Rugalea the Great Red Bear roams the northern woods. The Red Bear waits in the Northern Nameless Mausoleum, and a Death Knight in the Scorpion River Catacombs. A Bloodfiend Hexer leads a band of bloodfiends by a small lake.
