The Roar of Rugalea is a Bear Communion incantation in Elden Ring. It comes from the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
Roar of Rugalea is an incantation of what is jokingly called the bear communion, channeling Rugalea, the great red bear, and closer to the divine invocation of the hornsent than to Dragon Communion. The caster becomes a great red bear and lets out a damaging roar in a cone ahead, and charging keeps the roar going for many quick hits before a final blast. A single uncharged roar is a strong opener, while the charged version suits enemies that stay in front of the caster, and the roar can stagger enemies with headshots. The Pelt of Ralva, the Roar Medallion and the Godfrey Icon boost it, though the Spiraltree Seal does not. It suits bestial and faith builds that like close-range physical damage.
Effect
Transforms the caster into a great red bear to let out a damaging roar in front of them; charging keeps roaring for many hits and ends with a final blast. Each cast costs 17 FP and 35 stamina and takes up one memory slot.
