Testu's Rise is a sorcerer's tower on a small island north of the Academy of Raya Lucaria. Its door is sealed by a statue that asks to "Seek three wise beasts". Three spectral dogs around the island must be found and struck. A Memory Stone waits at the top.

- Strike the first spectral dog to the north of the tower.
- Strike the second, which hides up a tree to the east.
