Memory Stone is a tool in Elden Ring.
A Memory Stone is a black stone said to be a piece of an old moon. Each one adds a memory slot for spells. It works as soon as it is picked up and never needs to be equipped. Spellcasters gain the most from collecting them.
Use
Each Memory Stone permanently adds one memory slot, so more sorceries and incantations can be ready at once. The Moon of Nokstella talisman adds more slots on top.

How to Get Memory Stone Guide
- Buy one from the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold for 3,000 runes.
- Solve the tower puzzles and open the top chests in Oridys's Rise, Testu's Rise and the Converted Tower.
- Open the top chest in Seluvis's Rise in the Three Sisters.
- Jump onto the balcony of Lenne's Rise in Dragonbarrow from the spiritspring to the south and open its chest.
- Defeat the Red Wolf of Radagon in Raya Lucaria Academy and Demi-Human Queen Maggie near Hermit Village.
Sold by Twin Maiden Husks at Roundtable Hold for 3,000 runes.
