Eggs are a Consumable Food that can be found in Enshrouded. If you eat eggs you will get a boost to your endurance for ten minutes. Eggs are a valuable crafting ingredient used by the Farmer to craft end game food for mages that boost your Intelligence stat.

How to get the Eggs
- You can get eggs in the Nomad Highlands and Kindlewastes in Enshrouded, by either defeating chickens or finding them in nests.
- The most efficient way to farm eggs is to glide from the Kindlewastes Spire onto the rocky outcrops that have nests on top. These nests can be looted for a guaranteed supply of 1-3 eggs. After doing this you can then reset your pirate/hosted sever or sever by exiting to the main menu and re-joining the world.
