Fishing Island is a small island in the Veilwater Basin with plenty of room to fish. The Fisher marks it as a good place to catch epic fish. His father's trick was to use Frogs as bait. The quest Nice Day For Fishing ends here with the catch of a first epic fish.
Where to Find Fishing Island - Map Location
The island lies north-east of Capybara Oasis. A small Drak'Dal outpost stands to the north. The Ancient Passage to the Blackmire is to the north-west.

Quests
The Fisher gives Nice Day For Fishing after sharing stories of his father's clever methods. First, collect Frogs from the grass of the basin and bring them to him. He then crafts an Excellent Fishing Rod. With Frogs as bait, the island gives a high chance of epic fish, though they can be caught anywhere in the basin. The rod itself is the quest reward.
