The Scavenger Berserker of Revelwood drops this gem. Berserkers patrol the Scavenger-held towns of the south and west, such as Willow Crush, Thornhold and Glenwood's End. They gather in Scavenger camps, around cave passages and near Night Sanctums. Ice and Shroud attacks hurt them most. Sneaking up on a camp also suits the gem itself, which poisons enemies hit by a backstab.
