You can find Grapple Plants growing in the Kindlewastes region of the map. Its a green leafy plant around waist height with red flowers similar to a poppy.
The Grapple Plant can be grown in a Seedbed after you get a seedling from harvesting Saffron in the wilderness. Obtaining it for the first time will unlock the seedling crafting recipe.
